03New Outlook / Outlook on the web
Open Settings → Accounts → Signatures. Choose your work account and create or open Loadstar — Full. Select all content inside the existing signature, delete it, then paste using Ctrl+V (or ⌘V on Mac). Save it for new messages.
Classic Outlook for Windows
Open File → Options → Mail → Signatures. Choose your work account and create or open Loadstar — Full. Clear the old signature, paste, and choose Keep Source Formatting if offered. Select it for new messages and save.
Replies and mobile
Create or update Loadstar — Reply from the reply tab too. The builder works on phones; use Outlook web or desktop for the formatted setup. Use Copy signature for the colors and logo. Plain-text paste removes that formatting.
The signature uses Arial: 15 pt for the full name, 10 pt for the title and contact details, and 8 pt for the notice. Compose in HTML format. Send yourself a test email and reopen it to check fonts, colors, logo, and links. If Outlook still changes the style, use Save HTML, open the file in a browser, and copy the rendered signature.
